Event Info

All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets. If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account on the Big Church Live website where it can be downloaded. Please have your e-ticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. You can bring the e-ticket on your phone or tablet, however each individual must have their own ticket on their own phone, and the tickets must be downloaded before joining the queue.

Citygate is right opposite Bouremouth train station, only a minutes walk away, as well as the coach travel interchange and bus station. Unfortunately there is no on-site parking, but Cotlands Road car park is only a 5 minute walk away. Please check the website for details:

The Venue has great access for wheelchairs with easy to access disabled toilets. We sadly don’t have a raised platform with better visibility of the stage but we will cordon off an area at the front of the stage which has the best views in the room.

Local Amenities

There are local restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the church, and Asda which contains McDonalds is directly opposite the church.

Service Charge:

There is a physical cost in ticketing Big Church Live events and the Big Church Live team have worked hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Part of these costs include development costs for the ticketing site, staff costs for our customer service provision, and also often ticketing team and wristband costs at the events themselves, along with the usual card processing fees and vat etc. Also, the benefit of Big Church Tickets is often the unseen savings of being one of the things that can help drive volume to events and therefore contribute to keeping down the actual cost of the event ticket itself.

A £1.50 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices and the service charge is non-refundable.
