Join Jonathan & Melissa Helser and The Cageless Birds when they come to the UK this Spring for 8 nights of unforgettable live worship. The Helsers are part of the Bethel Music Collective and have written songs that resonate around the world today, including "Raise a Hallelujah" and "No Longer Slaves". This event is one not to be missed.
All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets. If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account on the Big Church Tickets website where it can be downloaded. Please have your e-ticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. You can bring the e-ticket on your phone or tablet, however each individual must have their own ticket on their own phone, and the tickets must be downloaded before joining the queue.
Doors open: 6.30pm
Show from: 7.30pm
Under no circumstances will any folding or camping chair be allowed into the venue. Anyone arriving with these items will be asked to return them to their car before being allowed access to the event.
Anyone aged under 14 years needs to attend with an adult aged 18+. Under 2's can come free of charge.
The wheelchair area is located in front of the standing area and we would ask that wheelchair users remain within the designated area. Unfortunately, we are unable to put seats into this area for friends and family.
To make a wheelchair booking please select from the options above. Due to layout and logistics of the building only 6 wheelchair tickets are available and these must be booked in advance. Wheelchair users who haven't booked in advance will be turned away.
If you require a Personal Assistant in order to come to the event, please email email@example.com with the following evidence to be given a Person Assistant ticket for free:
- Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- Credability's Access Card
They can then stand near you during the show. Please note that these tickets are limited.
There is limited parking at the venue and this will be available on a first come, first served basis. Once our car park is full, we will be directing all cars to the closest public car park at the Derby Arena, which is a short walk from the venue. Please allow sufficient time to travel and park and car share wherever possible; it’s not only better for the environment but it will also reduce the number of vehicles needing to park onsite.
