All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets. If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account on the Big Church Live website where it can be downloaded. Please have your e-ticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. You can bring the e-ticket on your phone or tablet, however each individual must have their own ticket on their own phone, and the tickets must be downloaded before joining the queue.

Doors open: 6.30pm

Show from: 7.30pm

Finish: 10.00pm

Under no circumstances will any folding or camping chair be allowed into the venue.  Anyone arriving with these items will be asked to return them to their car before being allowed access to the event.

Only those who have purchased Seated tickets will be allowed to enter the seated area which is in the balcony.  Seats are unallocated and will be taken on a first come, first served basis.  Please be aware that ALL seats have been sold, so please do not leave gaps when choosing your seat.  It may not be possible for you to save seats for friends or for groups to be seated together, particularly if you arrive late.

The lower level of the theatre is sold as Standing but does have some fixed seating.  These seats are unallocated and may be taken on a first come, first served basis.  There are not enough chairs for all Standing ticket holders.

Anyone aged under 14 years needs to attend with an adult aged 18+. Under 2's can come free of charge.

Due to the design of the venue there are limited wheelchair spaces and these are located on the lower level.  Please follow directions from the stewards. Only ticketholders who have purchased a Wheelchair Ticket in advance will be able to enter the event.

Wheelchair ticket holders must be seated in wheelchairs which they must provide.  We cannot provide chairs.

There is no parking at the venue, however, The Forum is a minutes walk from the Southgate complex multi-storey car park which is open 24hrs a day.

Please be aware that the venue is in the centre of Bath and traffic is likely to be heavy.  Please allow sufficient time to travel to the venue and park.

There is a physical cost in ticketing Big Church Live events and the Big Church Live team have worked hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Part of these costs include development costs for the ticketing site, staff costs for our customer service provision, and also often ticketing team and wristband costs at the events themselves, along with the usual card processing fees and vat etc. Also, the benefit of Big Church Tickets is often the unseen savings of being one of the things that can help drive volume to events and therefore contribute to keeping down the actual cost of the event ticket itself.

A £2.50 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices and the service charge is non-refundable.
