Event Info

[Add 13 Tickets to your basket and pay for just 12].

All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets. If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account on the Big Church Live website where it can be downloaded. Please have your e-ticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. You can bring the e-ticket on your phone or tablet, however each individual must have their own ticket on their own phone, and the tickets must be downloaded before joining the queue.

Doors open: 6.30pm

Show from: 7.30pm

Finish: 10.00pm

Under no circumstances will any folding or camping chair be allowed into the venue.  Anyone arriving with these items will be asked to return them to their car before being allowed access to the event.

Only those who have purchased Seated tickets will be allowed to enter the seated area.  Seats are unallocated and will be taken on a first come, first served basis.  It may not be possible for you to save seats for friends or for groups to be seated together, particularly if you arrive late.

Anyone aged under 14 years needs to attend with an adult aged 18+. Under 2's can come free of charge.

The wheelchair area is located at the front of the standing area and we would ask that wheelchair users remain within the designated area. Unfortunately, we are unable to put seats into this area for friends and family.

There is space for 450 vehicles on the KCC site. Please car share and walk if you live locally to reduce the strain on the car parking provision. Please only plan to park onsite if you do not need access to your vehicle until the end of the event. Most of the carpark onsite will be double parked with vehicles and there will be no way to remove your car until the event ends (with the exception of a small number of bays and disabled parking). Please indicate to a car parking steward on arrival if you are dropping off or requiring disabled parking (a blue badge will need to be displayed) and follow appropriate signs so that the team can direct you accordingly.

Please take care to follow signs in the carpark to the designated crossing points towards the building, for your own safety, and listen to any instruction given to you by a member of the car parking team.

Finally, please avoid parking on local roads and causing a nuisance to local residents. Parking restrictions will be in force and the local police will be active on the evening. It is very important that you only park as directed to avoid causing problems for local residents or facing parking penalties.

Note: parking behind Budgens is no longer available.

There is a physical cost in ticketing Big Church Live events and the Big Church Live team have worked hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Part of these costs include development costs for the ticketing site, staff costs for our customer service provision, and also often ticketing team and wristband costs at the events themselves, along with the usual card processing fees and vat etc. Also, the benefit of Big Church Tickets is often the unseen savings of being one of the things that can help drive volume to events and therefore contribute to keeping down the actual cost of the event ticket itself.

A £2.50 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices and the service charge is non-refundable.
