Event Info

[Add 13 Tickets to your basket and pay for just 12].

All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets. If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account on the Big Church Live website where it can be downloaded. Please have your e-ticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. You can bring the e-ticket on your phone or tablet, however each individual must have their own ticket on their own phone, and the tickets must be downloaded before joining the queue.

Doors open: 6.30pm

Show from: 7.30pm

Finish: 10.00pm

Please be aware that there is no access to the building before 6.30pm and the café and toilets will not be available for public use.

This is a SEATED event and every seat will be sold. Please do not leave gaps when choosing your seat. Seats are unallocated and will be taken on a first come, first served basis. It may not be possible for you to save seats for friends or for groups to be seated together, particularly if you arrive late.

Anyone aged under 14 years needs to attend with an adult aged 18+. Under 2's can come free of charge.

The wheelchair area is located at the front of the venue and we would ask that wheelchair users remain within the designated area. Each wheelchair user will be able to have one other member of their party seated close by but this will not be directly next to them.

There is onsite parking that is available on a first come, first served basis. Please car share wherever possible; it’s not only better for the environment but it will also reduce the number of vehicles needing to park onsite

There is a physical cost in ticketing Big Church Live events and the Big Church Live team have worked hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Part of these costs include development costs for the ticketing site, staff costs for our customer service provision, and also often ticketing team and wristband costs at the events themselves, along with the usual card processing fees and vat etc. Also, the benefit of Big Church Tickets is often the unseen savings of being one of the things that can help drive volume to events and therefore contribute to keeping down the actual cost of the event ticket itself.

A £2.50 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices and the service charge is non-refundable.
