Event Info

All tickets will be delivered as e-tickets.  If you haven't received your ticket shortly after you complete your booking please log into your account where it can be downloaded. Please have your eticket ready for checking on arrival at the venue as there will be strictly no admittance without a ticket. Please note under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

PARKING

There is limited parking availabe at the Kings Centre. There is parking available over the road at Morrisons which is free for 3 hours and then payable - RingGo location code: 686798

The Hampden Park station is 10 minutes’ walk from the Kings Centre.

SEATS & CHAIRS

Please note this is a seated event. Seats are unallocated and will be taken on a first come, first served basis.  It may not be possible for you to save seats for friends or for groups to be seated together, particularly if you arrive late. Under no circumstances will any folding or camping chair be allowed into the venue. Anyone arriving with these items will be asked to return them to their car before being allowed access to the event.

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue has great access for wheelchairs with easy to access disabled toilets. We sadly don’t have a raised platform with better visibility of the stage but we will cordon off an area at the front of the stage which has the best views in the room.

SERVICE CHARGE
There is a cost to us in ticketing the event and Big Church Live works hard to see that this is delivered as efficiently as possible. Big Church Live have invested in and developed its own ticketing platform using a third party developer. This allows us to manage specialised and complex areas of ticket sales and distribution in-house and ensures you get the best and most cost effective service.  A £2.00 per ticket Service Charge will be added to all ticket prices to cover ticketing costs including developer fees and processing fees. Your service charge is non-refundable.
